2. Molding & Wax Casting
Once designs are finalized, we create high-precision molds and use wax injection techniques for shape consistency. This ensures accuracy for both small batch and mass production orders.

3. Metal Casting & Polishing
Using materials such as 925 sterling silver, brass, or stainless steel, we cast the jewelry and go through several rounds of hand and machine polishing to achieve a smooth, refined surface.

4. Stone Setting
Our skilled artisans carefully set natural stones, CZ, or lab-grown diamonds — offering claw, bezel, pave, and invisible settings based on the design.

5. Plating & Finishing
We offer a variety of plating options including 14K/18K gold, rose gold, rhodium, and black plating. All are nickel-free and pass European REACH and US standards.

6. Quality Control
Each piece undergoes strict inspection for shine, plating thickness, stone placement, and durability. We support AQL standards and third-party testing if required.

7. Packaging & Delivery
Jewelry is individually packed in protective bags or custom boxes, labeled and barcoded for retail if needed. We provide export documentation, certificates, and global shipping services.
